Congratulations to the twelve new Sykesville Tae Kwon Do Black Belts...
Nicholas Tignor, Sydney Miguelino, Sabrina Wasfi, Tony Wasfi, Daveed Sumpter, Emily Rowe, Roger Rowe, Ben Maderi, Matthew Alder, Stephanie Thompson, Harry Swartz, and Chris Vollmerhausen, they passed their black belt test on Saturday, July 26th, 2008 at St Stephens Reformed Chursh in Eldersburg. The test lasted 3 hours and included all lower belt forms, all lower belt self defense, sparring one on one, two on one and three on one, as well as board breaking.
Prior to the black belt test, each candidate had to pass a written exam, pass a physical endurance test, complete at least 6 months of Boot Camp and the instructors had to approve each candidate for testing.
They all did a great job and deserve a round of applause!!!
CONGRATULATIONS!!
